According to IRNA, during the gathering, Iran’s Ambassador to France, Mohammad Aminnejad, praised Imam Khomeini as a leader whose impact extended beyond geographical, political, and religious boundaries. He emphasized that the Islamic Republic emerged as a result of the Islamic Revolution, founded on the people's votes and guided by Islamic principles.
Aminnejad noted that Imam Khomeini demonstrated that a nation could achieve progress, dignity, and honor without reliance on either Eastern or Western powers, but through faith, wisdom, and active public participation.
